    Project description

    It is an investment project. I had paper problems. The property had been damaged by a major leakage and another from the apartment. Neighbour.
    It was refurbished again. The cold and hot water facilities were changed. Plumbing was installed according to the time. The electrical installation was updated and the wide one incorporating multiple plugs. Bathroom and kitchen to the tone made with ceramic materials 30 x 30 of first brand. The flooring that was broken and missing was recovered. Washable first quality paint was used. Mahogany brown color was applied in baseboards to match the double French guard. HE recovered the cedar woodwork again. We sought to create a neutral, relaxed space where the protagonist is wood in its best details.
