Project description

It is an investment project. The property was moderately abandoned and almost out of date. We found a lack of important maintenance.
It was refurbished again. Hot and cold water installations were replaced with new ones made of plastic. The same faucet was installed since it was in excellent condition.
The electrical installation was updated and the wide one incorporating multiple plugs.
Bathroom and kitchen made with ceramic materials 30 x 30 first brand combined with long free slab. A whirlpool was installed with 7 jets in the bathroom and lacquered furniture in the kitchen. The pinoitea flooring was recovered, which was broken with 1,600 nails. Washable first quality paint was used. Yellow color was applied to characterize the department.
