YES. When the RESERVATION of a unit is made in one of the trusts that is in PRE-SALE status, after the “Payment” has been made, a BUEPROP real estate broker will contact you during the following 24 business hours to sign the contract of ADHESION TO THE TRUST.

If you do not agree with the established conditions, you can request the cancellation of the reservation and with this, 100% of the "Payment" will be refunded.

Yes. There are two situations to consider, they are:

     • Buyer Cancellation: If the owner signed the RESERVATION and it became a SEÑA and wishes to cancel it, the owner will lose the amount paid for such condition.

     • Cancellation of the Seller: If the owner signed the RESERVATION and later regrets it, he will have to return to the buyer double the amount received as SEÑA and comply with the commission agreement with BUEPROP

YES. When the owner accepts the RESERVATION with his signature, the ADHESION TO THE TRUST was formalized and THE PRINCIPLE OF EXECUTION of the contract begins to govern. This means that BUEPROP fulfilled its task and is entitled to receive fees.
