YES. The owner can cancel the SALE AUTHORIZATION at any time but must first pay the Expenses and Costs that were generated as a result of the procedures carried out by BUEPROP.
Yes. Only when the owner has NOT signed the RESERVATION (Ad Referendum), will you be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid.
Yes. There are two situations to consider, they are:
• Buyer Cancellation:
If the owner signed the RESERVATION, this became a SING and wishes to cancel, he will lose the amount delivered for such condition.
• Seller Cancellation:
If the owner signed the RESERVATION and later regrets it, he will have to return to the buyer double the amount received as SING and comply with the commission agreement with BUEPROP.
YES. When the owner accepts the RESERVATION with his signature, it becomes a SING and the SALE is formalized. From here, THE PRINCIPLE OF CONTRACT EXECUTION begins to govern, this means that BUEPROP fulfilled its work and is entitled to receive fees.
The buyer can request the cancellation of the contract when any of the two conditions are manifested in the property:
• EVICTION. Art 1044 to 1050, CCC
• REDHIBITORY VICES. Art 1051 to 1058, CCC
