Cancellations

THE INVESTOR can cancel the investment contract (search, Project management and sale) at any time, prior notification, paying the arrangements, workforce as well as materials, if there is any.

If the early cancellation is made before the selling period, the investor does not have to pay the arrangement fees.

If THE INVESTOR does interfere with agreed development policies, BUEPROP will cancel the contract and will ask for the remaining fees. 

The intervining professional is the only person responsible for giving the team and suppliers orders or instructions. The violation of this condition will imply the automatic cancellation of the contract without prior notice. The professional can claim for damage and/or remaining fees.
