General conditions

Online transactions with BUEPROP are made in US dollars.

In the department argentine pesos and other currencies are accepted.

Hiring the transfer service is a fast and safe way to get to the apartment.

Remember to send us:

         • The flight number

         • The arrival time

         • Airline name

So we can check with the airport your arrival and if your flight suffers any delay. 

If you modify your flight or the arrival time, inform them URGENT, so we can coordinate your arrival.

They are necessary expenses to realize for a correct Check-in the day of your entrance.

This amount is US $ 30.00

You must pay it again

         • If you decide to renew your stay, 

         • If you book another department

Upon arrival at the apartment, you will receive a representative from BUEPROP.com and the owner (non-mandatory attendance), and proceed to:

      • Request documents from all guests

      • Reading the contract

      • Charge the stay (in cash)

      • Collect the Security Deposit (Reintegrable)

      • The contract is signed

      • Valued inventory check

      • Delivery of keys

Remember to coordinate with the owner and BUEPROP.com the Departure or Check-out schedule with 48 hours in advance.

The security deposit is an amount in money that the guest gives to the owner, whose purpose is to protect the general condition and the provided items that are in the department.

This amount will NOT accrue interest, indexation or any adjustment and will be returned to the guest in the same currency and amount received after the stay, once the property has been vacated and the relevant deductions have been made.

BUEPROP has a precise calculation system that establishes it.

Some general estimates are described below:

     a) Stay longer than one month: Deposit equal to one month of stay.

     b) One-month stay: Deposit equal to one month.

     c) Stay between one month and two weeks: Deposit equal to two weeks.

     d) Stay between two weeks and one week: Deposit of a week or more.

With the use of our web site and services, you give your consent and are subject to all terms and conditions, privacy policies, booking conditions and cancellation policies. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the web site and services. Thank you.

BUEPROP developed its own star rating system to help guests understand the quality of the department they book without knowing it.

As valuable services or conditions are added, stars are added. The more stars, the better the quality of the department. The score ranges from 1 to 5 stars.

One star is equivalent to:

          * General condition: Furniture and paint

          * Services included: Cleaning of the apartment, washing of linen and all services and taxes

          * Equipment: Crockery, linen / washing machines / household appliances

          * View and luminosity

          * General condition: Furniture and paint

Once your stay is over, you will receive an e-mail asking you to rate it.

In it you can comment on your experience and rate it. Your opinion is published directly.

She creates an index that indicates the quality of service received based on the history of past stays.
